These terms govern use of the Hotel Apple Crystal website and direct hotel services. Specific rate-plan, offer, booking or cancellation conditions shown in your confirmation form part of these terms and take priority where they are more specific.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By using this website or completing a reservation, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. The person making a booking must be legally able to enter into the transaction and is responsible for providing accurate information for all guests included in the booking.
2. Reservations
- Availability remains subject to confirmation by the hotel.
- Guest names, contact information, stay dates and occupancy must be accurate.
- Room capacity limits apply and additional guests may require approval and extra charges.
- Special requests are noted but cannot be guaranteed unless expressly confirmed.
- Guests may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in.
3. Rates, taxes and payment
Rates are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, fees, add-ons and payment schedules will be displayed or communicated before confirmation. Promotional prices and offer codes are subject to their own eligibility, dates and inventory limits.
Where advance payment or a valid payment guarantee is required, failure to provide it by the stated deadline may result in release of the room. Guests are responsible for incidental charges and any outstanding balance at the hotel.
4. Changes, cancellation and no-show
Change, cancellation, refund and no-show rules depend on the booked rate or offer. Please review the policy in your booking confirmation before paying. Requests are effective only after they are received and acknowledged by the hotel.
Refund processing time may depend on the original payment method, banking networks and payment providers. Where the hotel must cancel a confirmed booking, we will contact the guest and offer an appropriate remedy, subject to applicable law.
5. Check-in, check-out and hotel conduct
Standard check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may incur charges.
- Guests must respect hotel staff, other guests, property rules and applicable law.
- Damage, excessive cleaning, prohibited activity or loss caused by a guest may be charged to the booking party.
- Smoking, pets, visitors, parking and use of facilities are subject to the hotel’s current policies.
- The hotel may refuse or end a stay where safety, unlawful conduct, non-payment or serious disruption is involved.
6. Website and liability
We aim to keep website information accurate, but photographs are illustrative and minor differences in room layout, furnishings or services may occur. Website availability may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or events beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by law, the hotel is not responsible for indirect loss or events outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing terms and contact
These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the hotel’s location will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights and dispute-resolution requirements.
